As a fitness business owner you have to wear many different hats to keep things running smoothly.

  • You write the nutrition plans
  • You create the workouts
  • You train your clients
  • You do the marketing
  • You do the sales
  • You do the accounts
  • You do the customer service

And the list can go on and on.

So just think for a second which of these activities have a direct affect on how much money you make? Let’s be honest here, there are only a couple of things that have a direct affect on your bottom line.

This all comes back to the 80/20 rule.  80% of your profit comes from only 20% of the activities you do. Everything else can be hired out so you can put more time into your highest leverage activity allowing you to grow your business rapidly and help way more people.
