Clint is a former division 1 athlete and has a degree in sports science and physical therapy.
He is also a personal trainer and bootcamp instructor for his company Level Up Fitness in St Louis, MO and is an expert at developing fat burning workouts, addressing nutrition concerns, and instructing weight loss bootcamp classes.
It all started for Clint in the physical therapy industry. That was a natural fit for his degree at the time.
But after spending a ton of time involved with the fitness and nutrition aspect of therapy he felt that personal training was where he could serve people best.
Believe it or not, Clint had always struggled with troublesome belly fat. He tried everything but nothing seemed to work.
Then he attended a conference and discovered a nutritionist that had the solution he was so desperately looking for.
He applied the nutrition protocol he had learned and got great results that he wanted to share with others.
Now Clint has his own studio in St Louis serving an expanding group of committed clients.
